After coating or impregnating, fabric has to be dried. An even temperature distribution as well as an appropriate heat medium are important factors.
For this kind of process Menzel offers both air circulation dryers and infra-red radiation dryers. Gas, thermal oil and electricity serve as heat medium.
In-between drying and winding cooling zones and/or cooling cylinders reduce material temperature in order to avoid unwanted effects such as bonding of material lanes or coating damages.
